You can rent or buy linen and towels from us for your vacation. We will always rent or sell them in one set. One set includes 2 pillowcases, one sheet, one duvet cover and 2 small and 2 big towels. The maximum rental time per one set is 2 weeks (including washing the set). You can come and change the used set into new one whenever you want within 2 weeks and the new period starts from there. You can also get them washed yourself but the rent is still the same.

If you have ordered at least the “normal cleaning”, our cleaner will bring the new set, make the bed, and take away the used linens while cleaning the apartment (please advise us if you do not want the set to be changed).

Linens or towels are not rented separately. The customer is responsible of BaanCare linens. Shall pieces from the set be missing or damaged, the customer is obligated to replace them according to the BaanCare price list: pillow case 300 THB, big towel 600 THB, small towel 350 THB, sheet 1 200 THB, duvet cover 1 500 THB. Liability for damages do not concern wear and tear from normal use.
